Accessibility Statement
Cache Roofing wants every homeowner, property manager, and builder in Northeast Florida to be able to use this website, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or reduced motion.
Our Standard
We build and test cacheroofing.com against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Measures currently in place include:
- Semantic HTML with one main heading per page, labelled navigation, landmarks, and a skip-to-content link.
- Text contrast of at least 4.5:1, visible keyboard focus indicators, and touch targets of at least 44 pixels.
- Descriptive alternative text on images and captions on embedded maps and forms.
- A request-an-estimate dialog that can be opened, completed, and closed with a keyboard.
- Respect for the “reduce motion” system preference and no auto-playing video or carousels.
- Automated checks with axe-core and manual keyboard testing before each release.
Known Limitations
The estimate form and the financing calculator are provided by third parties (GoHighLevel and Enhancify) inside embedded frames. We choose configurations that support keyboard use, but we cannot change their internal code. If you have difficulty with either tool, call us and we will take your request by phone.
