These Terms of Service govern your use of cacheroofing.com (the “Site”), operated by Cache Co, LLC, doing business as Cache Roofing (“Cache Roofing,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

The Site provides information about our roofing and waterproofing services in Jacksonville, Florida and surrounding areas, and lets you request an estimate or contact us. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or misleading information.

Estimates and Service Agreements

Information on the Site, including price ranges, timelines, and descriptions of services, is provided for general guidance and does not constitute an offer or a binding quote. Roofing work is performed only under a separate written estimate or contract signed by you and Cache Roofing, which controls in the event of any conflict with the Site.

Requests for Contact

When you submit a form or call us, you agree that Cache Roofing may contact you about your request by phone, email, or text message at the contact details you provide. Message and data rates may apply to text messages. You can opt out of text messages by replying STOP and out of emails by using the unsubscribe link or contacting us. Licensing

Cache Co, LLC holds Florida Certified Roofing Contractor license CCC1336213. License status can be verified through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Nothing on the Site creates a contractor-client relationship until a written agreement is signed.

Financing

Financing options described on the Site are offered through third-party lenders via Enhancify and are subject to credit approval and the lender’s terms. Cache Roofing is not a lender and does not make credit decisions.

Intellectual Property

The Site’s text, photographs, logos, and design are owned by Cache Co, LLC or used with permission and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

Third-Party Links and Tools

The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example Google Maps, review platforms, financing tools, and our contact form provider). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cache Roofing disclaims all warranties regarding the Site, including that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cache Roofing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and it does not apply to obligations under a signed service contract.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
